Tech stacks, account by account

CRM, marketing automation and web platform for every M&A target, from a headless-browser Wappalyzer scan plus DNS records. Sorted by how fragmented the stack is, because fragmentation is the opening.

◆ = Anthropic or OpenAI domain verification found in DNS, usually a sign of an enterprise Claude or ChatGPT rollout.

How we scanned: each site was rendered in a headless browser (homepage plus up to three inner pages) and matched against the open-source Wappalyzer fingerprint set (7,600+ technologies), then cross-checked with public DNS: mail servers, SPF senders, domain-verification records and marketing subdomains (go., info., email.). Account IDs (HubSpot portal, Pardot, Klaviyo) show whether brands share one instance. Every account was also checked on Wappalyzer.com. Acquisitions come from press releases, SEC filings and trade press; each acquired company's own domain was put through the same scan. Back-office CRMs are mostly inferred from DNS, so treat "inferred" as strong evidence, not proof. Aerial Signs & Awnings and S. Walter Packaging were not scanned (no confirmed domain / see Paris Corporation).

Talking points that come straight from the scan

“How many HubSpot portals do you run today?”

USSC: we can see at least four across three brands. Asking the question shows we've done our homework.

“Is Marcum’s HubSpot being moved into Pardot?”

CBIZ: the Marcum site redirects but its HubSpot subdomains are still live. A natural carve-out and integration conversation.

“Which marketing platform wins after Element?”

Eurofins already runs three; Element brings Pardot and Optimizely. Perfect for Brad’s Bumps in the Road panel.

“Where does customer data live across your brands?”

Crown Brands and Paris: separate Klaviyo accounts per brand and no CRM. A first-CRM or group-CDP conversation.
